Downloading of Modelsim program in FPGA

Please anybody tell Is this possible to download Modelsim program in FPGA? What is the display in FPGA for LUTSR-random number generator

I'm not sure what you mean, modelsim can compile the code but the last stage which is fitting the result into the FPGA can only be done by the vendor software since they don't provide that info to other companies.
The download software is also part of the vendor tool.
