Does any one have note on how to calculate MTBF of the electronic components.

In MIL-HDBK-217F are listed Failure Rate of many different types of electronic components.

There are newer standards, but MIL-HDBK-217F is still widely used and is a good starting point.

MTBF is calculated as MTBF = 1/Failure Rate.
