doubts regarding matlab programming in image processing

hai....
In my coding I am unable to use imwrite() function .it shows error like these ''don't have permission to open this file''.if anybody knows about this please help me

yes I am using windows 7 home basic only.I placed the image where code is saved

1) Disable UAC
2) Dont put your folder on Desktop.

What was the problem?

As you said I disabled UAC and i change the location of my file.
so now its working properly.ThanK you
