Where will the programs (hex code) will be stored ?

Which memory EEPROM or Flash memory?

Where the data will be stored?

- For general PIC microcontroller.

The program is stored on the flash memory. You can use the EEPROM memory to store data but it is up to you to use this non-volatile memory as and when required. The variables during runtime are stored in the RAM.

Hope this helps.
Tahmid.
