Can anybody please tell me how the 3 transistors of multiples 4, 12, 4 are matched?
can we match in this way

ABBBCCBBBA
CBBBAABBBC

OR

BABBCCBBAB
BABBCCBBAB

OR

BBABCCBABB
BBABCCBABB

If not please tell the appropriate one.

I think 2nd one or third one is good to be matched..

Try 2nd or 3rd

Because 2nd one and third one represents exact replica of the devices... it gives good results compared to 1st one..
