Hi all,
can anybody can tell me , how to measure the SFDR of double superhetrodyne receiver configuration??
Is there any test setup available??

The test configuration is very subjective and depends on the application. Based on the LO/IF/RF frequencies, you should be able to predict where your spurs will fall. Input a desired signal and measure the desired out. Measure the undesired out. If you can not determine the exact frequency the spur will fall, some of the new Agilent Spec Analyzers have a built in routine that hunts for spurs.
