why is always na >> nd ?
and collector lighly doped wrt base

it is because of the mobility... mobility of holes<mobility of electrons.... so na>>nd to achieve the required conduction

in alltimes collector will be lightly doped wrt emitter..this to ensure the emitter to supply required free electorns and duty of collector is to collect those electrons(heavy dope for supplier and light dope for receiver)
