[PIC] Don know how to program led display!!! Help me

i do the project the controlled fan.
that things that i used in this project is:
- PIC18F4520
- temperature sensor LM35
-LED display 16x2
-car motor and make it like fan

i already done the circuit..but now i don knw how to programming.. i had a little basic do programming using PIC18F452. i knw about the LAT, PORT...but this time i had to program it to display the temperature on led display and the motor speed depend on the temperature.
example, when the temperature is 28C, the speed of motor is 25%. but now i don knw how to program so that the led display will display the temperature and the fan speed depend on the temperature. if someone know how to this thing.please teach me or show me how to programming.thank u very much.

Motor speed is controlled using PWM. The duty cycle of PWM controls the power to the motor and hence speed.

I knw about the pwm. Before this I already make a autocar that move along black line. But now I don know how to make the display detect the temp and display on display led
