Does Windows support Cadence tools?

I am newbie in cadence and UNIX. Can we use cadence on windows which may help me to create a good dissertation in the limited time.

as far as i know , there is no release for windows for cadence tools

First, clear that which platform you want to install on window. Only, NCSIM(for VHDL and Verilog) has desktop release.

NCsim was released for windows long long back. i think the last version was 5.4 which was released in 2003.

Cadence on Windows?

There is no version of Cadence for Windows platform to design IC...
For designing PCB, of course there are some tools such as SPB, Orcad etc...
