Does the ic-prog supply the STK200 to program the PIC chips?

I want to use the STK200 to ICSP the 16F877A.
Does the ic-prog supply the STK to program the PIC chips???

stk 200 is programer for avr mcu and it not support pic.
u can make easily a pic programer that discused in the a lot of topic in this forum
