Question re: CUPL ?

Hi all,

CUPL is being included with Protel. Now, CUPL is being given away
by chip manufacturers, for example Atmel.

The question is:

Does the free Atmel CUPL version cover their chips only ??
If yes, can I extract CUPL only from any of the Protel EDAs, such as
Protel 99. Any feedback appreciated.

Thanks for your time. :) :)

Cupl Question

I have attempted to extract cupl from the Protel package with no luck.
I currently use the Atmel WinCupl from the command line using an external editor (Ultraedit). Allow Cupl to generate Berkely PLA fromat
file which can be used by other vendor's 'Fitting' utilities.
