I am using mikroc pro for pic.

I am a beginner to mikroc pro.

Does mikroc pro has a compiler?

I opened a example project which is located in my documents folder.

NOTE : C:\Users\Public\Documents\Mikroelektronika\mikroC PRO for PIC\Examples\Internal MCU modules\P16F887\EEPROM in MCU

I pressed build GUI.

It compiled.

I pressed start debugger GUI.

When I try to view the contents in EEPROM, the option was disabled.

NOTE: view -> debug windows -> EEPROM window

Then I selected the whole program and pressed start debugger GUI.

Still it was disabled.

I tried with EEPROM editor, but I didn't know how to load the hex file in the dialog box.

How to view the contents of EEPROM?

I dont see meaning of thread name "does mikroc pro for pic have a compiler".

In MikroProg Suite you can see Data.

You can see and download free version of MikroE MikroC Pro for PIC here, currently 5.80 is latest version :
https://www.mikroe.com/mikroc/pic/

View menu
Debug windows
EEPROM window

Open View menu
Windows (last option)
Click on Hidden to switch Undocked

Also you can use EEPROM Editor :
Tools menu / EEPROM Editor
