Does anyone know how to use W5100 with AVR?

I've used the Wiznet W5100 in several projects with along with AVR, ARM and PIC microcontrollers.

The following W5100 library for ATmegas by Karl Lunt's is quite handy and up to date:

Wiznet also offers an AVR/W5100 development board with Schematics, Source Code, Firmware and User Manual available which can be used as a template:
