Who knows what requirements can be shown for ADC using in blu-ray disk system. Thanks.

Are u talking about the ADC on the Read path or on the servo detection loop. Anyway both are dependent on the overall channel architecture used. You can consul a paper publishet by some guys at Mediatech in JSSC about this, it will give you some more info.
