I did a small pcb in ares but I want to be the same as all the pins. for example, get all the C80-30. How do I make it

I think you want to change the pad size, to do it select the pad that you want and place it over the old one while the cursor is centered on the pad (you will see dotted lined).

If all are the same then you can change the properties of the pad.
For example if all pads are C40-15 you can double click the specific pad in the pads list and change its dimensions so that the size increased, apply this as local edit
