Hello,

I have been in ASIC design for 15 years, this is my 5th startup. Recently, we had wafers delievered to ASAT from our foundry.

However, they fail to package it for us. It was just sitting on their shelves for a whole month. Finally, they tell us that they could not find the lead frame for it. Now, they will just ship us the wafers and we will have to find a new packaging house.

Terrible. I will not use them again.
