DIY electret microphone - pre-amp circuit board

Hi, when I was glancing through the internet in search of the preamp circuit for my Primo em272z1 electret microphone project,
I found this commercial voltage booster circuit board on the China website (Taobao) which seems like a preamp circuit for electret.
Does anyone know how to use this? And is this suitable for the electret microphone?
