Dividing audio File into chunks

Hi all,

I just started working in audio processing.

I am given an audio file of length 20 min. I want to divide it into 10secs chunks of 120 files. How do I do that?

Also, I have to obtain spectrograms for each chunk that is generated and apply wiener filtering as well to remove the noise for these chunks of files.

Please provide me with the matlab code for it. I would be so much benefited.
