Dissipation of bleeder & damper circuits in Triac dimmable LED lights

Hello,
What is the typical dissipation in 10W, 230VAC LED lamps which are Triac dimmable?.....I am speaking of that particular dissipation which occurs in the bleeder & damper circuits when the light is fully ON, and not actually being dimmed with the triac.
