We worked with T6963C displayer & ATMEGA2560-STK600, when the data memory of the controller is about 60% of its fullest, we could be able to display on the T6963C displayer without any problems. But, if the data memory exceeds that level, it is behaving abnormally.

But, the same project when tried with LM256160BCW & ATMEGA2560-STK600, when the data memory of the controller exceeds just 20%-30% it is behaving abnormally.

What may be the problem, and what would be the solution for that??

how does data gets stored to the displayer LM256160BCW wen used with ATMEGA2560-STK600?where does the date calculated actually gets stored?

what are the internal factors that pushes back the effective working of displayer?
