Can someone help me to explain how I can use the following popular code using: plen=fill_tcp_data_p(buf,plen, xxxxx)

I want to display variable which contains HEX data.

I have gone through this for several times. I just want to know how to work with

plen=fill_tcp_data_p(buf,plen, xxxxx) or
plen=fill_tcp_data(buf, plen, xxxx)
