diodes vs temperature

Hi everyone!

I was looking at the dependence of the I-V curve in a diode with the temperature. It seems logical to me, according to the classical equation of the diode (https://wikimedia.org/api/rest_v1/media/math/render/svg/e3530a8e6af742810b105f89c050ef22a0a41a75) that the I increases as the temperature decreases. as the I depend on the exp(1/T), then if T is higher, the exponential is smaller. But it doesnt seem to be correct, according to the I-V curves that I see online, like this one https://www.quora.com/What-is-the-effect-of-temperature-on-semiconductor-diode

Can anyone help me with this question?
 

As explained in your second link, the temperature dependency of saturation current IS dominates the actual diode current.

I see this. however, i could not find an equation that explain it. I saw that Is depends on exp(-constant/T), but i plotted it and I could not get a result that gives you this effect. Do you know if I am using the correct equation for Is? I am using the one which is described here https://web.calpoly.edu/~jfernsle/Classes/PHYS452/Labs/452LMExp15W13.pdf
