Hello,
I am trying to source a diode with the above properties for use with the LT8705 buckboost converter...the diodes will be used as "DB1" and "DB2" as seen on page 44 of the LT8705 buckboost datasheet....

LT8705 datasheet...

..the leakage needs to be sub 10uA at all temperatures, and the reverse recovery <50ns.......Vf needs to be low but Vf is not the prime concern here.

It also preferably needs to be in SMA package, or at least, one that can solder onto an SMA footprint.

Digikey's best offering , sorted for lowest leakage , is the SS1H9 diode, but this has 500uA of leakage at high temperature....

RF diodes are pretty neat for high frequency SMPS.

Thanks MtWieg, the 1N5711W is superb on leakage and trr........its a little high on vf, but actually its no that bad...the ZLLS400 is lower in vf but much worse in leakage...

The upper gate drives of the LT8705 need as much voltage as they can be given, as you can see, they are low voltage gate drives.
