Hi all,I'm Domenico and I come from Italy; this is my first post here.
I have a question for you.
I'm designing a single balanced down conversion mixer for microwave application with ADS ; RF is 18 GHz and LO is 16 GHz. I need a SMD diode which works well on my frequencies and has an ADS model. The RF input power is -50 dBm and LO power is 6 dBm; the maximum down conversion gain at 2 GHz (IF) has to be -8 dBm in well matched conditions.
Can you tell me where can i found that diode?
Best regards, Domenico
