Guys, I need to convert a digital differential voltage signal into a
unipolar signal suitable for driving an optical transmitter connected with
a fiber link.
Input voltage signal is that of DVI output with 3.3 V DC offset,
and +/-400mV single-sided swing,operating at 1.65 Gbps.
So what kind of should I use to do this?

To look the translator for ONSEMI or Micrel, but I am not sure their product can satisfy your speed requirement.

I dont't you can do that, basically you need DVI receiver chip and Fiber optic transmitter and control logic FPGA or CPU

good lack

are you sure that it is 1.65 Gbps?
