Hello
I have a research on different model and type of transistor at high frequency but as I google it's title I didn't find anything. If there is no problem could you introduce me some high frequency model of transistor that before exist and now generate and tell me good books that cover most of them.
Thanks

High Frequency Transistors

High Frequency Transistor
High Frequency (RF) Transistors are transistors that are used for small signals that run at high frequencies for high-speed switching applications.

These are transistors that are used for high frequency signals and must be able to switch on and off at very high speeds. High frequency transistors are used in HF, VHF, UHF, CATV, and MATV amplifier and oscillator applications. They have a maximum frequency rating of about 2000 MHz and maximum Ic currents from 10 to 600mA. They are available in both npn and pnp forms.
Depending on the frequency in which they are used, they can be classified as HF, VHF, UHF etc.

Hello
Thanks for you fast response
I think I can't explain my requested.I want to know different type of high frequency transistor such as "HBT" , "HEMT" and others.
any help appreciate

HBT is an improved bjt while HEMT is an improved FET. Both are used for high frequencies.

Thank you dear Ogu Reginald
instead of above transistor we don't have any new transistor or old high frequency transistor that work in high frequency GHZ to Ultra hertz?

I don't think I know of any newer transistors but if you know do share with us.

Hello
As I read all the above links of Wikipedia about HEMT I have many problems to know better about these kinds of transistor.could you introduce me a good tutorial about HEMT transistors?
Thanks
