Hi all,
In order to take advantages of ADS in microwave simulations, I use netlistinclude in ADS to add the smic40nm spectre model. For verification, I simulated a MOSFET's DC and SP. However, in DC, ADS2011 matches spectre and ADS 2009 not. In SP, ADS2011 matches spectre in low frequency(<6G), ADS2009 doesn't match at all. I paste the result below.
two questions:
1. can these differencies be ignored?
2. if not, how could I make them fit?
