Hi everyone,

I want to know what is the technical difference between Solid State Drive(SSD) and SATA ..................

Regards
Aasai

SATA is a protocol.
SSD is a king of memory.
A SSD could be SATA compatible, no?

Solid State Drives are made from silicon based memories. The kind of memory you have in your pendrive, memory card etc. It does not contains any moving part like conventional hard drive have mechanical motors and moving head. SATA is protocol for serial data transfer that is used by HDD.
