difference between soc encounter and first encounter

hello all

Please let know the differece between the following two tools

1) SoC encounter and
2) First encounter

both are cadence products but why are differently used

The only difference is version difference thats it no more than that..........
Previously it was called as First encounter but now as the tool is upgraded the name is also changed as SOCE
i hope this is clear to u

First one does alsoRTL synthesis
 

SOC Encounter contains more tools for automated system-on-chip implementation.
