As shown in the figure, is it right that if some other parts are added in, then it is called amplifier(amp). Itself is called op-amp? Thanks.

The OP Amp by itself can not be used as an amplifier because of its very high gain. Instead, we put negative feedback to enlarge the bandwidth and reduce the gain to a suittable "number" so we can use it.
