Difference between MAX232 and HIN232 Ics?

I need to receive data from windmill. Windmill transmit pin voltage is -10vdc.

How to see data through PC terminal?
 

There is no major difference. The capacitor's for charge pump for HIN232 will be 10mfd.

Check both datasheets for more details
