difference between magnetic contact and circuit breaker

I have faced a problem that is what is the difference between magnetic contact and circuit breaker?

"magnetic contact", do you mean magnetic contacter? This is like a high power relay, it normally has two fixed contacts per circuit with a solenoid driven (moveable) contact that short them together. A circuit breaker is a switch that switches off at its calibrated current, its like a resettable fuse.
