the difference between MSK and FSK is that MSK is minimum binary FSK which means using two symbols '1' & '0' and choosing two carriers to represent each each symbol "which is done in BFSK", the difference is that the carrier frequencies in MSK are chosen so that they have minimum separation while maintaining the CPFSK "continous phase FSK" (i.e. when we alter the symol and hence the freq. the phase doesnt become discontinous , which has obv. adv. in dec. BW) also the minimum sepatation "band" is kept so that we have no ISI.
