What is the difference between smd ceramic and leaded film capacitor?, due to overheat in soldering which capacitor causing failure fast?

Polyethylene, Polytetrafluoroethylene and Polyster capacitors are generally high heat resistant-these are generally the Film capacitor types. However improper soldering can damage both the types you mentioned.
