difference between architecture

Can anybody has documentation about the Harward Architecture and Von Neuman Architecture.

I need the comparision between them. Which way to go? Which one is better than other?

Basicaly, in Von Neumann architecture, the data and the program memory are phisical the same, and in Harvard architecture, data memory and program memory are separated.
