I have a voltage reference chip prototype without package (naked chip)

is there any to test this voltage variation with temp. with a probe?

thanks

One way is to place the chip on a temperature controlled plate.

Do you need to do both hot and cold?

Cold as 0 celsius degree is enough.

Do you know where can buy it? have some links? the cheaper the better.

Thanks
