did anyone testing voltage reference temp variation in prototype without package

I have a voltage reference chip prototype without package (naked chip)

is there any to test this voltage variation with temp. with a probe?

How you connecting wires to the chip?

I just use the probes touching the chip under the microscope to provide the dc power and test the o/p.

One way is to place the chip on a temperature controlled plate.

Do you need to do both hot and cold?

Cold as 0 celsius degree is enough.
