Did anyone know RFID product that using 27MHz ISM band?

What ?? 27MHz for RFID? The antenna design usually a long helical antenna, how can it put to small device like RFID application!

I means RFID products like MicroChip, Atmel, HiTag. But all of above use 13.56MHz .

FYI, hxxp://www.microchip.com/1010/pline/rfid/index.htm

Sorry for my misunderstanding! The RFID you can looking for is major for near field coupling (magnetic compoent majority), it is usual loop antenna like smart card.

Try to download Smart Card Manufacturing from forum, you will get more idea.

RFID @2.4 Ghz and 5.8 GHz

I know something on RFID at higher frequency, how can i help you
