dftmax
When I used hybrid flow of dftmax to do hierarchical scan compression, the sub scan chain of sub design can't stitch to the top. It reported Error in preview-dft step that "Core scan segments 'all sub scan chain' have DRC violations. Scan Compression integration cannot proceed."
But I already confirmed that all configuration and clock reset of sub design in TOP had no violations through simulation. And I passed once (successfully insert scan) with no change, I didn't know the reason.
And now I can no longer pass the preview-dft step, I wonder whether there is tool problem. Does somebody know the reason, or have the same experience with me?
My dc version is 2008.09-SP2.
