[DFTC] Different test modes in DFT Compiler

Hello All,
What is the difference between the Internal_scan mode and all_dft mode in DFT Compiler.If I have a normal scan mode without compression, thn what is the purpose of this modes?
If I have single normal scan mode thn both mode are working same or not?
