DFT Query

Hi All,

I am new to DFT concepts. Please can anyone tell me on the following topics,

1. What is the differenc between stuck, transition, iddq modes ?

2. What is functional mode testing, at speed testing ?

3. What is MBIST, PBIST, LBIST ?

4. Will there be any stage where we go back to rtl to improve the DFT coverage ?

Appreciate if any one have good materials on DFT or on any related topics.
