determaine the reflection Coefficient from pyramidal absorber.

Hi
I want to simulate a pyramidal absorber in CST,but I have some problem,please help me:

1:my Structure is periodic and I can use PBC so I can not use the waveguide port with PBC because CST give an error.So I use plane wave but how I can obtain reflection Coefficient?

2:I want to determine the reflection Coefficient for different angle of incident, how can I change the angle of incident and determine the reflection Coefficient for my Structure?
