It difficult task to find location of short connected traces especially short connected power plane on PCB
I am interesting if exist equipment which can assists with it?

you need a logic pulser to put 10 NS pulses of 100mA into the circuit and a current tracer probe to see where the current is flowing to. HP make both of them , other may do as well.

Attach a high current power supply and let it rip. The place that heats up the most is the most likely culprit. Use your finger to trace the heat if you are brave, use a FLIR IR meter if you are wealthy

It uses 4-wire measurment and their usual problem is the probes breaking but the screened audio cable joined at the probe tip works perfectly as a replacement.
