If you mean "mike" from my bowling club - well he's big enough to spot...
If you mean hidden transmitter - yes of course. Hundreds of them.
If you mean a "long mike" - yes - easy enough.
If you mean someone lost their microphone and can't find it -
I expect I could come up with a way given sufficient resources
(remembering that a "mike" is a backward loudspeaker (sort of sometimes...) )
it should be possible.
