[SOLVED] desparately need help

In 1000x1000 matrix i want to choose 100 ponit in random manner;but rand fuction shouldnt be used;Is it possible to place that points in random distributions(like poisson);can any one help me;:?;;;may anyone send a mail to boopathiraja14@gmail.com
