Designing an Electronic Load

Hi

I actually want to have an electronic load of 15 ohms for maximum power transfer. Can I do it with a voltage controlled constant current source? If yes, how?

I am not sure if I made myself clear or not, so here is the block diagram of what I am trying to achieve. Please see the image.

I don't think that the diagram clarifies much. Maximum power transfer from which source, what's the meaning of the 15 ohm resistor, why a diode? If you think the load should implement 15 ohm resistance, you could use a fixed resistor. If the load is intended to implement a maximum power point tracking control, it's not fixed 15 ohm.
 

Constant current is not constant impedance. Making it
act like such, would require an agile control loop. The
type of load (one quadrant, 4-quadrant?) probably will
determine what topology you can get away with. For
simple 1-quadrant power supply loads I've done fine
with banks of power MOSFETs switching in and out
binary weighted power resistors. But that's no good if
the voltage goes below round by much - so what is
your intent, what do you need for load behavior?
