Design PCB for Android Capable Board

Hi !

I am looking for a professional embedded designer to consult over an electronic project.

Requirements :
1. ARM based MPU Board needs to be designed (Preferably running at 1+Ghz , Dual core).
2. Minimum 1 Gb RAM , 4Gb External Storage(with de-attachable uSD card).
3. Peripheral/features required on board -
a. SIM card support with Network Access for internet and calling.
b. Bluetooth and Wifi capable.
c. Micro - USB capable for Data Transfer from PC.
d. Re-Chargeable battery support,preferably from micro-USB port.
e. Audio Output
f. Capable of working with small colored LCD screen (around 36mmX36mm)
4. Inbuilt Mechanism for Flashing/Debugging Code (like JTAG).
5. Maximum Board Size is 36mmX36mm
( This is a must, if required a stack of two PCB's can be used,but not more than that)
6. Resilient to Electro Magnetic Interference , and must follow appropriate standards to protect against noisy environments as well as minimized emissions.
