Hi Gangs,

I need a solution to design a pseudo resistor. So I mean is there any solution about a design which is operate as resistor with 1teraohm resistance.

Thanks...

Bootstrapping is one solution. Another technique used in feedback amplifiers is to use a T feedback network. It depends on what you are doing with the resistor - what the circuit is.

I gonna use "pseudo-resistor" in filter design with low cut off frequency...for IC implementing...

In principle, you can use an OTA with 100% negative feedback as a resistor (one-sided grounded). The resistance is 1/gm (gm=transconductance). However, 1 terrra-Ohm seems to be rather problematic.

What frequency are you designing for? How many poles? Digital filtering may make more sense for integration.

Keith.

Try a MOS transistor biased in subthreshold region.
