Design of microstrip lowpass filter

So i have given circuit (link below) and my question is:
Is possible to somehow transform that LC part (L1-Cp1) of that given circuit into microstrip?

Inset feed patch antenna instead of the printed LC element in that elliptic LPF, that's a brilliant idea.

It seems that Tony'a ccount was highjacked by a drunk spam bot.
