My Project is BDC which can step up and step down 96V DC to 400V DC which has half bridge non Isolated configuration.
Presently i m using UC3844 and UC3842 Current mode PWM IC's for buck and Boost operation resp.
now i am facing the problem in step down the voltage during buck opertion.i am confused how to drive the High side Mosfet in Half Brige configuration with UC3844......Can any one suggest me solution...please

Hey Guys if anyone worked in UC3844 for High Side driving of MOSFET please reply me.........

Without seeing your schematic, and if all you require is information to drive a high side Mosfet and you have everything else figured out, I would recommend a driver like the IR2110
