UWB LNA

Hi all,

can anyone tell me is it possible to design an ultra wideband lna for rf receivers?

frequency range of 1GHz-10GHz and gain is below 20db

design in cadence gpdk 90nm technology?

should i design just one lna with 3rd-4th order filter to capture entire frequency band or should i chop the frequency band into couple of sections and then integrate all together?

thanks
